With over 33 + years of combined experience with providing premium services to banks, schools, churches and small business within the Solano county and it’s surrounding areas.  Our personal janitorial and floor service has been in operation since 2006 and is certified Duns / SAMS as well as a proud member of DVBE program. Core Qualifications:

  Management

• Assign duties to multi-member crew
• Strictly follow all established procedures to provide a safe and clean working environment including compliance with OSHA, state/local and federal regulations.
• Develop work schedules
• Notified management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment.
• Servicing complaints and special cleaning requests.
• Work to and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform daily checks for cleanliness and completed assignments.

Cleaning and Maintenance of Large Facilities

• Carries out heavy duty cleaning in locker rooms, offices, common areas, dining areas and lavatories.
•  Handle, mix and applies various cleaning solvents and chemicals according to correct proportion.
• Perform dusting, washing, cleaning of mops and other janitorial equipment, shampooing, vacuuming of carpets and polishing of woodwork, walls, windows, furniture and glass items.
• Cleans and maintains shades and covers of light fixtures, replaces light bulbs.
• Manages inventory record of cleansing products including compounds, disinfectants, and sanitizing ingredients.
• Prepares requisition request for custodial closets and stocks with paper products, cleaning compounds and other janitorial equipment.
• Conduct minor repairs as required.
• Empty tenants’ trash and garbage containers.
• Maintain building small repairs; reported major works to Maintenance Department
• Replaced air-conditioner filters as requested.
• Clean debris from sidewalk.
• Mow lawns.
• Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and counter tops.
• Stocking, supplying and refilling all paper products.

Floor Care

• Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs and office space.
• Utilize a variety of floor care tools including vacuums, steamers, sanders, etc.
